In connection with the end of the UKT payment period for the 2025/2026 Odd Semester, the following is the mechanism for refunding overpayments:

Refund Scheme

1. Students who have graduated in the August 2025 period.
2. Payment for the 2024/2025 Even Semester but classes were canceled.
3. UKT payment for the 2025/2026 Odd Semester exceeds the obligation or scholarship/cooperation recipients who have already paid.

Application Mechanism

1. Upload a request letter (format can be downloaded at https://bidik.uny.ac.id
2. Upload proof of payment, bank statement in the student's name, and supporting documents according to the scheme (Graduation Decision, proof of cancellation, or Scholarship Decision).
3. All documents must be combined into one PDF file and uploaded via https://bidik.uny.ac.id.
