Initiating, managing, and developing strategic cooperation with national and international partners to enhance the quality of higher education tri dharma.

Functions

• Establishing partnerships with universities, industry, government, and international institutions.
• Developing collaborative programs in education, research, and community service.
• Managing administration and implementation of cooperation agreements (MoU, MoA, and IA).
• Encouraging student and staff mobility (student/staff exchange).
• Developing impact-based collaboration.
• Conducting monitoring and evaluation of cooperation effectiveness.

• MoU (Memorandum of Understanding): Initial mutual understanding between parties as a general foundation for cooperation.
• MoA (Memorandum of Agreement): A more detailed and operational cooperation agreement derived from the MoU.
• IA (Implementation of Arrangement): A technical document for implementing specific and practical cooperation activities.
