Main Duty

Functions
  • Providing psychology practicum facilities aligned with scientific developments.
  • Supporting research activities of lecturers and students based on community welfare needs.
  • Developing the laboratory as a center for innovation and academic product downstreaming.
  • Ensuring laboratory operational standards (SOP) based on scientific quality improvement.
  • Managing laboratory resources effectively, efficiently, and sustainably.

Unit 2

Quality Assurance Unit

Main Duty

Developing, implementing, and continuously evaluating the internal quality assurance system to achieve excellence in higher education standards.

Functions
  • Developing policies and documents for Internal Quality Assurance System (SPMI).
  • Implementing the PPEPP cycle (Determination, Implementation, Evaluation, Control, Improvement).
  • Conducting periodic internal quality audits across all units.
  • Ensuring achievement of national and international accreditation standards.
  • Developing a quality culture within the institution.
  • Providing quality data and reports for strategic decision-making.

Unit 3

Partnership and Cooperation Unit

Main Duty

Initiating, managing, and developing strategic partnerships with national and international partners to enhance the quality of higher education tri dharma.

Functions
  • Establishing partnerships with universities, industry, government, and international institutions.
  • Developing collaborative programs in education, research, and community service.
  • Managing cooperation agreements (MoU, MoA, IA).
  • Encouraging student and staff mobility programs.
  • Developing outcome and impact-based collaboration.
  • Monitoring and evaluating partnership effectiveness.

Data and Information Center

Main Duty

Managing integrated data and information systems as the foundation for data-driven decision making.

Functions
  • Developing and managing academic and non-academic information systems.
  • Providing accurate, valid, and real-time institutional data.
  • Ensuring data security and confidentiality.
  • Integrating multiple systems into a unified platform.
  • Providing analytical data for leadership decision-making.

Business Development Unit

Main Duty

Developing business units based on institutional innovation and potential to support income-generating activities.

Functions
  • Identifying and developing business opportunities based on institutional strengths.
  • Managing psychological services such as training, consultation, counseling, and assessment.
  • Optimizing non-academic revenue professionally and sustainably.
