Laboratory of Psychology
Managing laboratory activities as a center for learning, research, and innovation based on psychological science.
- Providing psychology practicum facilities aligned with scientific developments.
- Supporting research activities of lecturers and students based on community welfare needs.
- Developing the laboratory as a center for innovation and academic product downstreaming.
- Ensuring laboratory operational standards (SOP) based on scientific quality improvement.
- Managing laboratory resources effectively, efficiently, and sustainably.
Quality Assurance Unit
Developing, implementing, and continuously evaluating the internal quality assurance system to achieve excellence in higher education standards.
- Developing policies and documents for Internal Quality Assurance System (SPMI).
- Implementing the PPEPP cycle (Determination, Implementation, Evaluation, Control, Improvement).
- Conducting periodic internal quality audits across all units.
- Ensuring achievement of national and international accreditation standards.
- Developing a quality culture within the institution.
- Providing quality data and reports for strategic decision-making.
Partnership and Cooperation Unit
Initiating, managing, and developing strategic partnerships with national and international partners to enhance the quality of higher education tri dharma.
- Establishing partnerships with universities, industry, government, and international institutions.
- Developing collaborative programs in education, research, and community service.
- Managing cooperation agreements (MoU, MoA, IA).
- Encouraging student and staff mobility programs.
- Developing outcome and impact-based collaboration.
- Monitoring and evaluating partnership effectiveness.
Data and Information Center
Managing integrated data and information systems as the foundation for data-driven decision making.
- Developing and managing academic and non-academic information systems.
- Providing accurate, valid, and real-time institutional data.
- Ensuring data security and confidentiality.
- Integrating multiple systems into a unified platform.
- Providing analytical data for leadership decision-making.
Business Development Unit
Developing business units based on institutional innovation and potential to support income-generating activities.
- Identifying and developing business opportunities based on institutional strengths.
- Managing psychological services such as training, consultation, counseling, and assessment.
- Optimizing non-academic revenue professionally and sustainably.
