The Professional Psychology Program at the Faculty of Psychology UNY has not yet been opened. However, its establishment is already part of the faculty's academic development plan and is currently under preparation.

Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) is a mechanism for recognizing learning outcomes a person has previously achieved, whether through formal education, work experience, or prior training.

The RPL program at the Faculty of Psychology UNY is intended for prospective students who have previously studied at the Bachelor's (S1) or Master's (S2) level in Psychology at another institution and wish to continue their studies at the Faculty of Psychology UNY. Through this scheme, relevant and verified prior learning outcomes may be recognized, which can potentially shorten the required study period.

At this time, the Master's Program (S2) in Psychology at UNY does not offer an executive class for working professionals or a Distance Learning (PJJ) program. Classes are currently held exclusively through the regular program.

Yes, that is correct. The Faculty of Psychology UNY plans to occupy a new building located south of Mandala Krida Stadium, Yogyakarta City. Academic activities at this new location are expected to begin by the end of this year at the latest, or, God willing, from the 2026 intake onward, students will already be able to attend classes at the new building.
