FP UNY Strengthens International Collaboration through Staff Mobility Program at UPSI Malaysia

The Faculty of Psychology at Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta (FP UNY) continues to strengthen its international collaboration with the Department of Psychology, Faculty of Human Development, Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris (UPSI), Malaysia through the implementation of a Staff Mobility program. This initiative is part of the faculty’s strategic efforts to enhance human resource capacity and expand its global academic network.

The staff mobility program involved administrative personnel from the Faculty of Psychology UNY, including staff from academic services, financial services, and information technology (IT). During the program, participants engaged in various activities such as sharing best practices, discussing administrative service management, and exchanging experiences in supporting academic services and technology-based financial management systems.

Through this program, the staff gained new insights into effective, efficient, and adaptive administrative service management in response to the growing demands of digital transformation in higher education. Interactions with international partners also opened opportunities to adopt innovative practices in academic, financial, and IT services that can be implemented within the Faculty of Psychology UNY.

This program also supports the achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), particularly in terms of international collaboration and the capacity building of administrative staff. The international exposure gained is expected to enhance the quality of services within the faculty and provide a positive impact on the academic community.

Furthermore, this staff mobility program contributes to the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) initiated by United Nations, particularly in promoting quality education and strengthening global partnerships. Through this initiative, the Faculty of Psychology UNY demonstrates its commitment to building a high-quality, professional, and globally competitive higher education service system.
