FP UNY Disseminates and Cascades 2026 Performance Agreement Targets as an Effort to Strengthen Internal Quality Assurance

The Faculty of Psychology at Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta (FP UNY) has conducted a dissemination and cascading of the Rector’s Performance Agreement targets to all lecturers and administrative staff as part of efforts to strengthen governance and quality culture within the faculty. The activity was held on Thursday, April 9, 2026, starting at 1:00 PM until completion, at Meeting Room 1, Faculty of Education. The session was led directly by the Dean of the Faculty of Psychology, Dr. Siti Rohmah Nurhayati, M.Si., together with the Vice Dean for Planning, General Affairs, and Finance, Dr. Rosita Endang Kusmaryani, M.Si.
During the session, the Dean and Vice Dean comprehensively presented the policy directions, strategic targets, and performance indicators outlined in the Performance Agreement between the Rector and the Faculty of Psychology for 2026. These performance targets are also part of the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of higher education institutions, which serve as national benchmarks for measuring institutional performance. The presentation not only focused on institutional targets but also emphasized how these targets are cascaded down to the unit and individual levels, ensuring that all academic community members share a common understanding and awareness of their respective roles in achieving them.
Through this dissemination, faculty leaders emphasized the importance of synergy and collective commitment in achieving the established performance targets, including supporting the attainment of KPIs that are prioritized in higher education development. With a shared understanding, the implementation of work programs is expected to be more aligned, measurable, and accountable.
This activity represents the initial stage of the Internal Quality Assurance System (IQAS) cycle, namely the establishment of Higher Education Standards within the PPEPP framework (Determination, Implementation, Evaluation, Control, and Improvement). The dissemination serves as a strategic step to ensure that established standards are well understood and effectively implemented by all members of the faculty.
Furthermore, this activity also contributes to the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) initiated by United Nations, particularly in promoting quality education and strengthening transparent and accountable institutional governance. Through the commitment built in this activity, the Faculty of Psychology UNY continues to demonstrate its dedication to continuously improving the quality of higher education.
